The Ghost of the Past

When our loved ones passed on, we get stuck with the ghost of our past. The past memories, broken heart, sentiments like imprints in our mind..we get consumed. Do you really think that they would love us to stay in this state? Or do you sometimes believe that there is a better state than the pain of losing someone dear?

I have a curious mind, I love to investigate the best for our inner state of mind. In writing Illusions are Distractions to Illumination, I realized being stuck in the ghost of the past is very much a part of our collective. How many times I caught myself thinking of the past with my son Theo? I wake up with pain in my heart, I do not believe that Theo would want this for me. He wants me to move on..

How do you move on with tragedy? You shift your consciousness into what is the best for you. How can you create something inspirational out of painful memories? First let us examine where the pain is coming from? Our pain body exist, this is like an entity or energetic field imprinted with painful memories. Around you is your aura that carries these imprints, it create a density of heaviness and smog around your physical body. When this exist around you, your true Light or Soul can not radiate the brilliance of your existence. You are bogged down, dimmed light.

To release these imprints of pain and tragedy, you have to work on your chakra energy systems. Clearing karmic bondage, unconscious negative beliefs, patterns, conditions that are bringing you in lower frequency of your vibrations. Change can only occur when you have dealt with it in their energetic state. Because they are the foundations for your physical manifestation. Clearing your Akashic Records can help you see the bigger picture. What are your sacred contracts from your loved ones that passed on? What are your lessons and gifts from them? How they served your life’s purpose and how you can move on with these gifts?

Once you have cleared blockages and attachments, time for the real daily work. “When you are born, death is certain. When you die, rebirth is certain. This is fate, so why lament?” scripture from Bhagavad -Gita. This helps me makes sense out of my grieving process, it gave me a perspective that this is a fact of life. Our emotional and mental body needs to align with this concept in order for us to ground ourselves that there is nothing we can change or do, it is a part of our existence.

Letting go of guilt, feeling guilty that when you move on, you do not love them anymore. Guilt is not helpful, it does not serve you at all. When you feel this way, it is an indication that you are not awakened. You are stuck to victim consciousness. You are empowered and this guilty feeling does not belong to you. It was an imprint of the past unconscious manipulation and power control of the collective.

They do not die, they are eternal. Their physical existence passed on to another dimension and yet because of the omnipresent state of the soul, they are existing around you. They are alive in the spiritual level of existence. You can feel them, they give you signs through songs and many other ways.. they love you eternally.

Grieving is a process, there is no time and space. Allow yourself to grieve..but also be aware of the attachment that comes with it. The ghost of the past can block you from moving on and creating a new life with new souls that are brought to your attention. The universe knows what you need. Open your eyes to what are the limitless possibilities this universe offers you. Be open and receive the love that it offers. Let go of the ghost instead be present. Be here with the situations that are given to you. Create something beautiful new with others. No one can replace your experiences with your loved ones but there is always the new beginning with others. Be expansive, the universe is waiting for you. Do not get lost in the past..time to move on with bright shining Light that illuminates the universe.

Om Shanti
