Attachments are form of Illusions

Human beings have attachments to material things, in order to feel that we are fulfilled inside. There is a void that we are trying to fill with something. But this void is a space that cannot be filled with things. This emptiness is about our spirit longing to be at one with the divine Source or God.

When we were born, we became unconscious. We thought we were separated with the Source of all that is. We felt abandoned and double abandoned if our parents left us. We start collecting things to fill this void in our being. Things that are tangible and we can call our belongings. This became our huge illusion. We attached ourselves with things that do not matter in the end of our incarnation.

How are we going to live this lifetime without attachments? We can be attached with our relationships, things, places, work, roles and many other things. We have the habit of clinging to things, because we are afraid that we do not belong here if we have nothing.

The existential suffering of human beings is feeling alone. We are never alone, we have the spirit and spark of divine creation. We belong to all that is. How powerful that is to know that we have this within us. We are a part of this grand creation, we are co-creating with the divine intelligence.

There is a huge shift that is happening in our collective consciousness. We are coming into a full circle of our darkness and light. We are at the tipping point of self-realization, that we now understand that we are a part of the whole grand scheme. All that is, the Source of all life, living and unseen.

As we traverse in this timeline, we are being reminded to stay focus in our soul’s purpose. Do not get distracted by material things but create your legacy through service of elevating our human consciousness. Raising our vibrations will help others remember who they truly are. Start with your self. Be aware of your addiction. Be gentle with your detoxification process.

Steps in releasing attachments:

  1. Be aware of your attachments, name them. They can be addictions to relationships that are not fulfilling. We stay with someone because we are filling a void that only the divine’s grace can fill. Let go of things that does not work for your Highest good.
  2. Be gentle with yourself, in the process of detoxification. Releasing attachments is like death, a part of us dissipates and we are feeling that void within, stay in silence. Meditate.
  3. Journal your way through it. Writing is cathartic, it gives you clarity and acceptance.
  4. Release one thing at a time. Like peeling layers of an onion, you want to take the process with ease and grace.
  5. Unconditionally love yourself. Do not judge your self, take inventory of your blessings.
  6. Be truthful and authentic to yourself. If you are resisting then there is fear. Love flows within when you let go.
  7. Invoke the Masters of Light to assist you in your blockages. We are supported by these spiritual guides.
  8. You are creating a new template and neuro-pathways when you are releasing. Make sure that you fill the void with great virtues like surrender, acceptance and truth.
  9. Stay in your path even if you had a downfall. What is important is that you are doing the best for your highest good.
  10.  Stay true to yourself. If you can not let go, it will come in divine timing. Do not be hard on yourself. Life is precious, stay gentle.
